What are your payment terms?
We agree payment terms on a customer by customer basis. Some are on 30 day payment terms, subject to credit check, with incentives available for early payment. Some of our customers are on Proforma terms. We accept payment by BACS transfer or by cheque or by credit card. Carriage costs are paid against all orders with a value above £200. Below this sum a charge of £9 per shipment is levied.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and credit all unused faulty goods received by you. If your customers return used product to you due to performance issues, we will review the items in question and will not unreasonably withhold credit for the items if we judge the performance issue to be justified.
How long does it normally take to receive an order?
If your order is received before 12 pm, we would normally expect to have it delivered to your warehouse or store during the following day. The only exceptions here are for customers in Ireland or in the case of extreme weather or exceptionally busy periods (e.g. before Xmas)
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by phone, fax or email via our in house sales team. If you are not a current customer, you will need to set up an account first, so that we can process your orders You can also place an order with one of our sales agents, based around the country. We will be happy to refer you to your local sales agent.
Who are your main customers?
We sell our products through retailers in the agricultural and country stores market. We do not sell direct to consumers. We are happy to refer any consumer enquirers to the nearest stockist of our products in the local area.
